Mrs. Akanksha Dicholkar

Mrs. Akanksha Dicholkar is the Group – Chief Nursing Officer of Aster Medcare Hospitals, UAE. She has a Bachelor’s in Nursing and an MBA in Hospital Administration and TQM, with further degrees including Strategy Management from IIM and a post-graduate degree in Finance from “We – School”. She was Chief of Operations at Reliance Foundation Hospital before joining Aster Medcare Hospitals UAE as Group – Chief Nursing Officer. Akanksha has a Lean Six Sigma Green belt, is a NABH Assessor, and is a member of various nursing societies such as INS and CCNS.

Dr. Chandrakant Lahariya

Dr. Chandrakant Lahariya is the Founder-Director of the Foundation for People-centric Health Systems and one of the leading medical epidemiologists and public health specialists. He has been a leading expert and on the front line of India’s COVID-19 pandemic response including in the areas of COVID-19 epidemiology, vaccines, clinical management and policy response. Dr. Lahariya has worked at all three levels of WHO – country office, regional office in Africa and the headquarters in Geneva. He has received several prestigious awards and recognitions including the Indian Council of Medical Research’s Dr. BC Shrivastava Foundation Award 2012 for translating community health research in public policy practice. He is the lead co-author of the bestselling book ‘Till We Win: India’s Fight Against The COVID-19 Pandemic’ published by Penguin Random House India in Dec 2020.

Dr. Jitu Lal Meena

Dr. Jitu Lal Meena is the Division Head (SPE) and Joint Director, National Health Authority of the Government of India. He has been working in the public healthcare sector since 2002. He has seen and experienced healthcare of all levels from primary healthcare to advanced standards at John Hopkins University, USA. He has helped set the Quality standards in the Reproductive & Child Health Programme and National Quality Standards for Public Health Facilities. His goal is to provide quality and affordable healthcare for everyone.

Mr. Mohammad Ameel

Mr. Mohammad Ameel

Mr. Mohammad Ameel currently heads the Primary Healthcare, Technology & Innovations portfolio at PATH. He has served as the Senior Consultant & Incharge, Healthcare Technology Division and Head – WHO collaborating centre for priority medical devices & health technology policy at National Health Systems Resource Centre, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. He has authored several health technology assessment reports including the one presented at the Global Medical Device forum at WHO Headquarters, Geneva and was also named one of the ‘100 Most Impactful Healthcare Leaders’ (Global Listing, 2018).
