With a strong presence across hospitals in the Middle East, Fitz has been instrumental in advancing patient safety and strengthening clinical education systems.

His key initiatives include establishing the Life Support Training Center in collaboration with the American Heart Association, launching a Continuous Medical Education (CME) Program, and developing comprehensive Adult and Pediatric Nursing Upskilling Programs. These efforts blend hands-on innovation with globally recognized standards to elevate nursing practice.
